THREE NEW BUILD DEVELOPMENT- Mairangi Bay
These properties are built of permanent materials being, brick and cedar, a mixture of vertical and horizontal showcasing the architectural flair of the build.
This cleverly designed three house development boasts 270sqm of floor area in each of the houses and is designed superbly to maximize both sun and privacy taking advantage of its northwest aspect. There are four double bedrooms, a spacious home office (or fifth bedroom) plus a choice of three living areas over its two levels. There are three full bathrooms, two of which are ensuited plus a powder room in each of the houses.
Barn Style builds- Wainui
Country living with endless charm
We collaborated with Madden Homes to craft this beautiful, double-barn-style cottage overlooking the Wainui Golf Course.
The four-bedroom, two-living-space cedar home combines contemporary, premium features with a rustic aesthetic, for grand liveability against an idyllic natural backdrop.
With American Oak adorning the home, complementing the modern barn-look, the property has a luxurious, international feel. It sits well at home beside the expansive golfing greens, which are in perfect view through the expansive windows and full-length sliding doors.
BARN STYLE BUILD - Warkworth
Hikuwai Lane // In construction
Working with our Sister company Modern Barn Living to create this stunning yet simple build. The spaces connect with one another meaningfully and functionally.
The high ceiling space cleverly creates a sense of ambience to the main living and dining area, while the kitchen hub is created as the centerpiece of the home. The large stacking ranch sliders open out onto the deck to create another central social gathering space.
NEW BUILD - mangawhai
Beautiful modern bach in the heart of Mangawhai
In 2018 Wilco was contracted to build a brand-new, dream bach for a family in Mangawhai. Completed on-time and on-budget, the home provides ample space for the young family to enjoy holidays at the beach and a treasured place to create a lifetime of memories.

RENOVATION - NORTHCOTE POINT
Northcote Point is one of the North Shore’s most prime locations, with enviable views across the harbour to Auckland’s CBD.
In 2019, Wilco was contracted to renovate a 1990’s pool and subterranean four-bedroom, one-bathroom family home in the area. No small feat, the project required two years of planning with the family and architect, meticulously outlining their desired result; a space that would maximise their view, while inspiring awe of its own, sitting perched atop the hill near the adjacent Stafford Park.
One of the prime features of the home is the 20 metre x four metre lap pool, crafted on the homes harbour-facing deck, providing space to entertain, relax, and soak up the city sights on their own little slice of paradise.
Completed to the highest standard, the proud family now have a completely revitalised space to call home.

Renovations - Clevedon
Cottage Refurbishment
A truly unique project, we were proud to be asked to refurbish a 100-year-old cottage in Clevedon.
Having previously repaired another home of the client, they trusted us to ensure the finished project had the highest standard of safety and livability.
The Heritage B listed cottage had to be lovingly repaired, renovated, and with parts of the home in disrepair, rebuilt to preserve its integrity. Our team took this project on with enthusiasm, proactively suggesting solutions that would make the project a success while respecting and preserving the home’s defining, historical features.
The result is a reinforced home that will stand the test of time, ready for a whole new generation to enjoy
